Negative: The Suite was excellent however the location - just on the edge of the city was a bit run down (situated near student accommodation and the University) and quite difficult to find. Booking.com promoted the place with parking - however it was not on the property but someway off, and we had to pay an additional fee.
Summary: Excellent Suite very clean and spacious with great attention to detail and attentive staff.

Positive: Great welcome, great location. Very comfortable apartment, well laid out, with a lovely balcony area big enough for 4. Plenty of entertainment with a TV in each room and a games machine!
Negative: Didn't have time to use the jacuzzi!

Positive: Location was great! Every day cleaning was good. The front desk was very responsive and great at communicating. Very quiet and organized place to stay.
Negative: The room ventilation wasn’t best and some facilities like coffee maker didn’t work properly. Other than that all were good.

Positive: Super clean and new. Very comfortable, helpful staff. Was here only a night for business as I wanted a hot tub after a long flight, but would've loved to have stayed with my partner as it was very romantic. Good location, easy walk to train stations.
Negative: Nothing, it was great. I guess it's a short walk to the pretty part of Lille but it was nice and quiet, and super close to the conference center.

Positive: We wanted somewhere that was a short distance from the Eurostar station and this was only a 10 minute walk. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Tea/coffee maker in the room and also a minibar with a complimentary sandwich!
Negative: Would have preferred a check-in time earlier than 17:00, although we were aware of this when we booked it. There was a double spa bath but it took a very long time to fill it to the required level as the water flow from the tap was very slow. There was free gaming machine in the room but nothing would activate the "Continue" button. I would have mentioned this to them but we were only staying one night and were away very early the next day.
Summary: Nice comfortable room with good facilities and in a good location for the Eurostar station
